Have been to this location a couple of times as I live rather close the mall. First time I went in I was blown away by how nice the store is and how big it is as well. Every time I come in I am always greeted by the employees and helped out whether it be on the clothing side or the shoe side. Glad they made this store close by as I shop with then frequently as well.

Inwas in there this week and I will definitely be back again. The staff was great and the tall guy that helped me out was very knowledgeable. The store was clean and lots of shoes to choose from. If you need a good pair of shoes, definitely check them out!

I have been to the store a few times since the grand opening. The store manager, the assistant store manager, and the floor managers are very hospitable and offer courteous and friendly customer service. I highly recommend shopping at the store not only for the wide selection of products but also because the customer service at the store is impeccable. The new store is a great addition to South Coast Plaza.

Today I came in trying to find my boyfriend some clothes and shoes for his birthday. Gio came right away to ask me If I needed any assistance in the shoes and got me the shoe I request with no hesitation. The cashiers Joel and Moose had a great attitude as I was checking out and made things very smooth. Great job Christa in the team that you manage and having a great store to shop at!

I want to start off by saying this place is absolutely amazing. They have a wide variety of shoes, apparel, & the store looks very appealing inside & out. The staff here are fantastic. I’m always greeted at the entrance, asked if I need help, quick, & super friendly. Staff have been doing their absolute best since grand opening & my shopping experience here has been outstanding every time I come in. I’m very happy that South Coast Plaza has a JD now. I look forward to shop here for my shoe & apparel needs.

this store was great, workers were very helpful & insightful on shoes that are in trend. Cashier joel was patient and had a good attitude. However customers are very rude and rowdy, I was in line and overheard a customer calling what looked like a manager a b**** , store definitely needs security on standby at all times. the popularity of shoes has grown at a crazy rate causing people to be irrational!

Came during the afternoon on the weekend before Black Friday, so it was quite busy. I only saw 3-4 employees on the floor getting shoes for everyone. They would all juggle multiple groups’ requests, and never saw them turn anyone away even when they were clearly already helping others. Not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews for this store but I was able to try on a few shoes after a reasonable wait with no problems

I usually prefer to purchase shoes in person so I can get a feel for them and try them on. I was initially looking for some casual shoes, but then I came across some black Nike Manoa hiking boots. To my surprise they fit great, were lightweight and were on sale. Despite the store being packed on a Saturday the customer service was legit. I would check them out before shopping at a competitor.

Nathaly provided outstanding customer service at JD Sports South Coast Mall. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took her time helping me find the right shoes for my son. The store has a wide variety of nice styles and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
